Don't Waste Your Money on Select Comfort Mattress Sleep Number 5000

I bought this mattress (Select Comfort Mattress Sleep Number 5000) because my friend recommended it. I wish I did my own research first: I found many people complaining about this product.
First of all, the mattress is smaller than a regular queen size mattress. It's like a twin size mattress.
Second, our controller broke just a few months after the purchase. We contacted the company and they charged us $250 for the controller and the pump. The only way you can get your controller replaced is with the pump!
Also, they told us to send the pump and controllers back to them, otherwise they would charge us more for the replacement! If I knew this little detail prior to the purchase I would never buy this mattress.
When I pay more than $1000 for a mattress I expect good customer service and long lasting product.
