For the last 2 months I have been getting pre-recorded calls from RPM for a person named Cruise/Cruz. I've had the same home phone number for over 10 years and decided to call the RPM office to let them know that no such person resides at this number. When I tried to explain the situation the woman on the phone hung up on me. I called back and she wouldn't even listen and hung up again. The third time I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on a permanent hold. This agency is very unprofessional and if they really wanted to collect they should pay attention and fix their data quality issues versus being so incredibly rude. How can a person behave so badly at work to a perfect stranger who just wants to not get unsolicited calls! I think this person will probably end up answering a hotline in hell as payment for karmic debt.

I am getting calls from this company for basically the same thing. They say I owe T-Mobile. They have the wrong person but keep calling me every day at 8 in the morning and hanging up on me. The calls I am getting are coming from Maryland. I don't know what to do to get them to stop except change my number and don't want to do that as it cost me.

Ditto here. I keep getting calls where they are looking for someone else . I ask them to remove me from list. They assure me they will and I still get more calls. I have had the same phone number for 15 years and have been getting calls from different agencies every 3 months for 15 years. All they do is go down a list of numbers in the phone book. This guy must owe a bundle for them to keep trying to collect after all this time. I happened to see an obituary with this guy listed as a survivor.  Saved it and gave it to two different agencies the next time they called. BUT I still continue to receive these annoying calls.
