As we all know what american auto benefits is..........

but let me tell u the core of it..........

their is a call centre in new delhi (india) as "Futureon bpo solutions).

Location: Pitampura

Manager: Ujjawal

Supervisor: Yogesh

They run uk shifts and accoprding to an indian timings they order their agents to log in at 7:00 pm...till 4:30

they have an inbound process also in which customer get an ivr call which makes them greedy and like this they scam americans...

    I read this complaint from someone but it does not seem to be correct as the company is not running any UK shift. Also the process is legitimate and original as they have the license and doing the same business since years and they are paying the salary and incentives through cheques and in time as they promise. Also they give you everything in writing and do what they tell you before you take the offer from them. This could be your personal view that you didn't like the process or the company. It is always your personal perception. There are 100+ people working and if you were to believe then why are they still there.

    I have joined this company by 26 march 12 and this is my training period for 10 days.. This include outbound calling in US not.. And they make agrements ..it's an original cmpany located at pitampura itslf..
