They are running a telemarketing scam, but don't know how to use an autodialer.
File FTC complaints for their Do Not Call violations.
If you can't get them to stop calling, contact your phone company to report the harassment, and have them change your phone number.

How do I file a FCC complaint? I have been getting calls 5-7 times/day but I don't answer. I am the Do Not Call list.

I have been getting these calls at least 5-7 times a day and they call until 9pm at night, I have answered and they hang up. They are times that i dont answer and it will ring 3 times and they will stop calling for that moment, I am sick and tired of these Freakin Morans calling, and i am fed up. i am on the DO NOT CALL list and these Idiots keep calling. I have already contacted my phone company and they advised me to get call blocking and I cannot add the number, Best bet is to change my number but if they got my number once they will get it again, I wish i can go down there and give them a good punch in the face. Call these people, which own the number and who are a Philipines marketing company with a toll free US number and ask for your number to be removed from their list. They will ask your number and the number on your caller ID. Then make sure your phone is on the do not call list at www.ftc.gov and file a complaint. These people have an autodialer that they don't know how to use.

rescobar@eglobalreach.net ... this is the admin manager for the company that is calling you. Why not email him the amount of times that he has called you? Also, the only way this is going to go away is for government to get involved so wouldn't it be funny if somebody left the phone number for the BBB or maybe city hall at one of their websites? Keep in mind that I am not telling anyone to do this, I just think that it would be a neat idea :D
