Well i have been dealing with calls from GE security solutions which is being run by Pacific Telecommunications group out of los Angeles CA.They have been saying they are with the FBI checking on what kind of security we have,They say they are calling to give me a free wireless home security system and they will put a sign in our yard.I have been reporting them for the last 2 months.Same tactics as racheal, and cardmember services or cardholder services.They threaten you they call you names,They tell you go F..yourself.So i guess what i'm saying is pacific tele are doing the same thing just a different product now.

    Thought they shut that PacTel slime down?
    Someone reported he's running it out of a LA slum area.

      Well 'cochisejustice they are running a security deal.Someone else hired them to sell their security alarm system but they are still using the same tactics.Threatening,cussing same stuff from cardmemberservices.I dont know the Third party though.

        Sorry to hear this, there's got to be some way to stop it all. Nothing so far has worked.

    I'm on the federal do not call list.  This makes no difference to these people.  I will make a complaint, but it will do no good because the Do Not  Call list makes no difference  to them. The  Feds do nothing!  I suggest to keepp these people on the phone, get all the information you can and in doing so you will waste their time.
