unwanted pack purchase deduction

I am using airtel prepaid service and from my account Rs 99/ have been deducted three times on 20/03/12 and 23/03/12 respectively .
I have not downloaded any thing and not activated any so called pack purchase from airtel.
How deactivate it and get back the deducted amount?
