Customer Service and Furniture Delivery is horrible

I purchased a desk in early March and was told 2-4 weeks for delivery - 8 weeks later I was calling regularly and told they were in the warehouse in LA and there was no chance to get one anytime soon. Then I was called back and offered a desk from the showroom in Yuba City for $50 off (I am still waiting for the money on this)...the desk came about a week later and I was so busy checking all the drawers and the closing top that I did not see it had nicks on the one leg...so I'm stuck with a used desk and no $50 refund...This place really sucks and I've been calling for 2 weeks to get my $50 which was promised by Jeff in Chico...DON'T BUY FROM THEM - very, very poor service.....I will never go there again...
