A company by this name has been tapping my account for $69.95 for a few months.  I have tried calling a number but cannot get through.  I am contacting my bank to put a stop on these payments and try to get more info on this company.  If anybody has any information please let me know.

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank under FRB Reg. E, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written fraud dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.  Since FRB Reg. E requires your bank to handle disputes within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, you will likely get 2 to 3 months charges reversed directly by your bank.

These scams play on trying to slip through their small charges for months, claiming they have some "authorization", although it is often hidden, or even the result of fraudulent telemarketing.  Although they claim consumers can cancel, they often put barriers in the way of actually doing so, either through useless cancellation phone numbers, delaying tactics, or just "losing" your cancellation when you think you have their agreement to do so.

Although your bank may only be able to reverse a couple fraudulent payments, the SOL on such unauthorized charges is 1 year, not 60 days.  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.  You could also sue them, under federal law.

It appears that these charges are from a company that sells INSTAFLEX. Their price is  the 69.95 . Go to Google search on" Instaflex  scams". They have also sold their product for 79.95 or something.

Instaflex is a "health product" cramming scam, using "trial offers" to get consumer account information, after which they start automatically charging.

Unauthorized charges labeled "MVQ <anything> are from Vertrue/Adaptive Marketing, known from fraudulent charge cramming for worthless "discount memberships".  This one is supposedly a "medical discount plan".
