pacifictel annoying calls

I have been receiving calls from pacifictel for the pass two to three weeks offering me a sercurity system for advertising a sign in my yard. i talk to a live person and told them that i live in an apartment complex and they told me that they can't service apartments and will place my number on the do not call list but i'm still receiving calls from them at least three or four times a week i hope they stop calling me ,the last caller was rude when i tried to tell her that i live in a apartment and that i've told someone at that company already she hung up on me i'd appreciate help wiyh this matter.Thank You Kindly.
