Today I went to get a haircut. I was greeted and told that I would be next. Because of this online appointment app, I was bumped two times. I was there a half and hour and then the lady took a break!! I was fuming and when I did sit in my chair I asked her why did it take so long, and she replies" First off we take the booked appointments first and I need a break! I work long hours here!" If you could have only seen her face! Hands smelling like a cigarette, she was putting the apron on so aggressively that I told her to take it off and that I didn't want a cut. You know, we all work hard, and yes deserve breaks, but if you don't want to be there and if this job is too stressful then go elsewhere. Don't call people losers as they are walking out. You lost respect as well as clients after that.
