I am being charged $13.38 on my credit card since the last 4 months in the name of Amazon Prime-direct marketing continuity subscription. I did not realize this charge till now. When I called Amazon they said its nothing related to Amazon. The phone number listed on the charge is also fake.

DIRECT MARKETING-CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION MERCHANTS is a SCAM.  Dispute any charges immediately and if needed close credit card and get a new one.  How can this company still be allowed to SCAM folks is beyond me.

I had the same charge for $128.82 show up on my CC bill, showed up as      CONTINUITY/SUBSCRIPTION MERCHANTS , called Amazon, turns out Amazon had marked it wrong, it was a charge for being a Prime member, and automatically renews every year, in my case it wasn't a scam but a legitimate charge.

I saw a DIRECT MARKETING-CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION MERCHANTS on my credit card statement that I didn't recognize.  I just called the number and it led to Bluehost, which I did purchase a domain from recently, so it was a legit charge.  If you see a charge like this, try calling the phone number listed near the charge.  It may be that companies are using them to process certain types of payments.

Calling them is useless.  They give you the runaround and tell you they have no record of your name, yet they steal money from your account.  Amazon should take steps to block these fraudulent charges.

This company is engaging in blatant credit card theft and fraud.  They stole $119.00 out of my credit card account after I ordered an item on Amazon.com.
I called their number and I got some jerk in Asia who could scarcely speak English.  He told he they had no record of my name or account. So how did they get my credit card number?  This is internet theft and should be stopped immediately.  Amazon should design a filter to trap these thieves.

On 12/22/21 I had 19.99 removed from my debit card I have no idea who they are. I called the number that must be a fraud. The person or recording says a customer service rep will be with you in a moment. No one ever came to the phone
