Registration Site Problems

I too had difficulty with the site when trying to create an account to log in.  However, I noticed you don't have to create a login account to register your product.  Check it out.  I was finally able to register my new over the range microwave by simply entering the information in the product registration side of the home screen.  Never got an login account, but I guess you don't need one....for now!
