service and food

the store in Charlottesville,va. is not an asset to kfc franchise.we eat at kfc in waynesborro, Staunton,richmond and lots of other s in va. but this is the worst service and food of any .we drive sometimes for 30/40 miles to eat at kfc that is completely uncalled for .we ate there on sunday after 2 years of refusing to eat there to see if it had improved bad choice the service was awful and the food made all 3 of us sick never again.i also am gettyiong to point that I do not go out of way to a kfc and that sad because you do have a great product except for here .just thought you would want to know!!!!!
