crappy couch

I purchased an England Couch build in the USA. The couch seat rail broke and you know my 100 pound tush was so big it broke the rail. Now they want me to pay over $500.00 to have it fixed. It's not enough I paid over $2000,00 for family room furniture. Then $75.00 to have the service department  come out and tell me the couch was broke because it wasn't obvious with the bottom of the couch was falling out. They now tell me I have to pay more than$500.00 to have the couch fixed. The most aggravating part is you cant find a human to talk to or say yes the couch was defective and because of that we'll fix it at no cost because it wasn't your fault. I thought buying american meant quality and service apparently I was so wrong. Foolish me.
