Stealing your refund

Cheapoair.com not a honest business anymore, be carful, when to book flight they will cancel you ticket 2 or 3 days before the flight, than when you call to see what happened (2 hours waiting to answer) simply they told you this flight it not longer available, now there is some options for you: 1) you can have another ticket but you have to pay extra $590 because the first price it’s not available anymore, 2) refund the money but it’s not sure that the airline will refund your money, that we have to email the airline and let you know, ( here they try to steal your money because the reality is they still holding your money and if you don’t act quickly and show them that you know what kind of game they are playing, they will take you money, and it will be no refund) for anyone who want a good customer service and piece of mind, stayyyyyyyyyy away from that cheapoair.com.
