your tech put in a receiver for an HD TV.  He and I both agreed I don't have HD.  My TVs are about 20 yrs old.
Your person here on the phone told me it'd cost me $50 to get the lower cost receiver put in.  In fact, your service says I have to pay for any errors by the equipment - reception problems caused by the equipment, for example. This is another theft by your corporation.  Meanwhile, you owe me a correct original installation.  No way could I have known he was installing the wrong tool.
