poor communication

I have called customer service on  many occassions to have my new cell phone the galaxy note 2 either relaced or repaired with no satisfaction what so ever ive been a rogers customer for many years
My cell is only 1 month old , there is a hairline crack all the way down the front which is how I received it in the mail
The people I speak with on the phone arent even listening
