Calling a 12 year olds cell phone

Calling a 12yr olds cell phone after finally talking to a human and in middle of explaining that they are calling a `12yr old girls cell phone the guy got extremely rude calling us gansters and honkies etc after repeatedlyasking to talk to his manager and him telling us is is the manger still got no where not even when calling the number back. The guy just kept up with his rude comments and name calling until we hung up. I tried to call the number back and all u get is a recording couldnt find a number to reach them wish that company would get fined and tat guy lose his job with harrassment charges.this is crazy that u cant evn call the company back to let them know what kind of employees theyhave!!!
