Well I just got a call from a number. They told me I qualified for a $7,000 grant, that I don't have to pay back. The phone number is (315) 633-3459. And the woman had a very very thick Asian accent. I wish this was true but it's not.

    You can bet..
    they want money from you so you can get your "grant".  And you can bet there isn't any grant.
