Acct # 10016892944  --A few years ago I started receiving BHG Annual Recipes.  I did not ask that this be sent.  I did keep it and pay the bill.  I really have way to many recipe books and when the 2014 BHG book arrived, I marked it refused and returned it to the post office.  I received a bill for this and wrote a letter explaining the book had been returned marked refused.  Today I received yet another bill.  How do I stop this???  I do not have the book, it was returned and I do not want anymore!!!!

    They have numerous similar complaints..
    They're sending out product to people who didn't order it, and billing for it, a practice known as "cramming".  It's also a form of mail fraud, since postal regulations prohibit sending bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.
