We purchased an England sofa from Mishawaka Furniture in Indiana in April 2012. The cushions collapsed the first year and we called the furniture store before our warranty was up. The salesperson wanted to replace the inside cushion and told us that we could get replacement cushions every year for ten years. He said it was the same as the original cushion. I questioned the quality of the sofa and the rude salesman told me "You do not have any knowledge of quality" I responded that he had no idea of my life experience and he backed down. However he all of a sudden decided he could upgrade the cushion with an inner spring. I agreed!!! Well the replacement cushions were worse, and very uncomfortable. When I call the store the salseman told me he was not responsible for my comfort. I then asked to speak to the store owner (the salseman father) and the father was as rude as the son. This sofa looks terrible
and we are stuck with it..$1200.00 of our money gone..and no one cares.
