On 23.03.2009, I received a call from the No. 01204739200, 1204739100 at my cell Nos. 9212403014, 9818592354 the caller name Mr. Vishal Saxena. He told that I am calling from Indiatoday book club and offer a good deal to you. You can take Reebok fitness kit(Track suit, Towel, Shoe & bag) and Benetton watch and sunglasses only in Rs.1498/-. And I confirmed this offer with him more than 5 times, Beacuse he called to me more than 7 or 10 times then I paid the amount through my cerdit card, he assured that the good will be deliver to within a week and you received a confirmation call from our office and Booking ID 110016085, when I am not received any call from ITBC I call to Customer care No. 011-40502424 on 28.03.2009 the executive inform that the good will be deliver within three to week and your order is booked only for Watch and Sunlasses not Reebok Fitness kit and it will be booked on 24.03.2009. It is shocked for me that the order booked for only watch and sunglasses not for Reebok fitness Kit also and date is also changed 23 to 24.03.2009.I Booked the order on 23.03.2009 at about 4 PM, If you advice I can forward to you the SMS I received from my banker for making the payment.

In this circumstance I requested to you please check out the matter and punish that person responsible for this. I think the all call will be recorded by you. you can call the record for said call and veryfy the same.
