I ordered the shampoo to try it one time only. Never gave authorization to charge my account for auto delivery. On top, the order came double the price. I called customer service and they said if I refuse the shipment they will not refund my account. Now I have to pay to send it back and it will take weeks to refund the money. It seems like a scam.

If you refuse the shipment, back it goes.
If you accept it, they get to pretend you "ordered" it.
They want as much of your money as they can get, so they will tell you whatever lets them keep as much as possible.
File a fraud dispute through your bank, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further theft. If you fail to shut down their ability to take your money, they will keep taking it, as they keep shipping junk and pretending you "rodered" it.
File fraud complaints with FTC, and your state AG.
File a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
