Poor service

I had bought an AC split on 31st may 2008 Bill no.18269, Dealer Name Balajis, Dealer Mail Id:pandian_balajis@yahoo.co.in , called the service people on third free service on 27th February still they or do it I remember to dealer also no response and replay. I am totally dissatisfied to our Puducherry Dealer
