false advertising

I called the company to order some speakers. That was assured to me was in Stock and they would also price match according the rep.I waited for almost a month after they took my moneys. They can no longer price match and the discount would be taken away. I replied okay give me back my money's. Because you sent me half of the order and I  wanted the whole thing not what you want to send me. I was transferred to a so called supervisor. Who refused to listen to me or meet me half way. The  supervisor put me on hold for four hours. With in that time I was transferred all over the country. Then they finally hung up the phone. I stayed on the line because I wanted to resolve the issue. But  they didn't. What happened to customers services. Crooked  company zZounds
