Dear Sir,

I am curious to know why a deactivation code cannot be posted online. This would solve very many peoples problems, but I see that you will loose money as soon as the subscribers are no longer subscribed to these services that take away money in exchange for useless messages.

All I ask is that you find a way to create a deactivation code, because I do not believe it exists, so that your costomers may be able to use our money in productive ways rather that have all our money taken away from us.

Please note that I mean no disrespect when I post this message. I simply wish that I could take back the money that was taken from me.

    Hello Brother,

    I am recieving sms from arbya88800, this sms deducting .40halala per message. I tried to contact customer service in stc unfortunately they are not responding proper. kindly requested give a solution to deactivate such messages of my mobile.

    I have the same issue. STC customer service is useless. I sent them an email and they confirmed all subscriptions are deactivated but I still get 40 halala deducted evry day. STC has the worst customer service.
