To anyone flying on Cheapoair, do not buy the protection offered for travel claims. I recently purchased ticket for my fiance along with travel insurance. When it came time to use it for her illness, we submitted all the documents nearly 60 days ago. The travel insurance promises 21-30 business days for processing. It's been 45 days now and no response or update. I have called and emailed numerous times and the answer is the same. We are still processing and no timeline to when we will have a final response. It a very poor experience.
