Not functioning correctly

Amazon Audible does not stand behind their products. Book downloads do not function as required. I paid for a six-month membership. I still cannot download the content that is due me. I am inquiring as to when I can actually read my purchased e.books before the major holidays. I did contact customer service, but continue to be on hold for several hours.
