Threatened by Manager

My wife went to the location 191 12th Ave NE in Norman, OK. I was outside changing a brake light on my truck since O'Rielly's was next door. While I was waiting outside The manager named Daniel came outside and pointed at me saying "want me to kick his ass?" to my wife. Apparently they sort of knew each other. He went back inside and after a minute my wife came out and I asked her what that was about. She told me he wanted to kick my [***] for reasons he wouldn't say. Extremely unprofessional but not close to what happened next. I took my wife home, and went back to the store to find out what was going on. I calmly confronted him in the store and asked what his problem was. He told me he didn't like how I treated my wife. I've never even met the man before. He then threatened to kick my [***] and rape my wife in front of me. Not wanting to make a scene, and not wanting to cause trouble I just calmly left and didn't call the police. Even though my gut says I should have. This guy needs to be fired. Immediately. I will continue spreading word of the horrible service and poor hiring skills of Burger King.
