Samsung Customer Service still not repairing

Samsung Cairo service center has not yet fixed my washing machine since one month. 4-5 times called and they said within 48 hours we will do the needful. But one week passed no news. I am tired to call them and decided to rise a big complaint. My service request record is with 01129093000 number. Hope somebody from headoffice will hear me.
