power keeps on dying while in use,looses power when power is on

First of all your telephone support number that is listed 1-888 550-1606 is out of service . what can you or I to do for the problem I listed above .thank you if you can help with that. I see that this is the most complaint with your power washer . you should at lease give us a SOLUTION!!!!!
