Unauthorized 420$ charge

I helped a friend out and paid the bill one time and he informed dish that it was a one time charge 6months later dish charges my card 420$ and refused to give it back stating that its stated in all dishnetwork disclosures that my card will be charged in the future. I never had an acct i never set up the acct the acct was not in my name and the person whos acct it was is not on my bank acct so how can this not beviewed as fraud when i didnt authorize sign or verbally agreed to such future charges. Im a single mother of 4. After this charge i was left with nothing to pay bills and had to borrow money to feed my children. I need to have my money refunded asap.
