useless service, failure to supply correct vehicle

My car broke down ( vauxhall zaferia ) and as part of the mobility agreement we were to be supplied a like for like vehicle.
Firstly they gave us a pegeut 203, my wife is disabled and we were told correct car would be at exeter airport next day, this was to get us to our holiday destination.
Next day went to exeter airport and they gave us a....... FORD TORINO 8 SEATER MINI BUS.
There answer was it similar to a zaferia, ON WHAT PLANET.
when I complained to head office offered, Wait for it.
£20 for extra fuel costs.
what a F@#$¥€₩ joke
Have told people NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
