Had shifted my stuff from Delhi to Hyderabad.
TV, shoe rack, crockery, plastic chair, study table and study chair were broken.
Bed parts and my kids bicycle is missing.
They(Surender and Piraji) took my TV for repair and are not bringing it back. On continuous calls they didn't pick up ... I then called the customer care and took the number of Rajpal.. he as well started talking very harsh and said to give the remaining instalment of 23k then only he will get the tv and claim to me.
I am raising a consumer court complaint against them. And will also file a Cheat police case.
I would not recommend DRS Agarwal Packers and movers to any one.
Please save ur time and money and peace by not selecting them as a transport options.
