Lowest Fare "Guaranteed" - only seems to guarantee that they'll earn themselves some more cash...

Brussels Airlines supposedly "guarantees" their lowest fares. Find cheaper, and they'll not only price match, they'll even throw in an additional %10 discount to the lowest fare.
In order to qualify for their "guarantee", they instruct you to create file(s) and upload them too their claim form.
However, as you're bound to find out, their claim form is set up to reject those same files they just instructed you to create!
"Guaranteed"? The only thing this seems to guarantee, is some more cash in Brussels Airlines' bank account.
