Received this call today from someone name david mahler of the department of legal affairs, stating he had started a verbal warning about a legal issue in my name. His returning number is 347-960-6509. Apparently it is such a scam that there is a you tube video showing him calling someone else (same voice, different name, same criteria. Scam im sure!
