If you order proactive online  , they will keep charge you monthly. You have to call them to stop your account, however I did that but it appears to keep charging me and keep sending me the products. The customer service said that Proactive had stopped my account already but the vitamin company that works together with dont stop and the product that I dont want was shipped and it already charged me for $38.92.To get my money back they said I should give it back to the post office and keep the receipt and wait for them to get back their stuff and they will give my money back . This is non sense. all of the process is time consuming, not everyone will be available all day to do this sh*t!!

Dont order Proactive, if you want to try it just go get  it from the store and make just only one purchase, otherwise you will be their customer FOREVER no matter you like it or not. Also ,I hate the free sample of vitamin that come with the proactive package ,I dont want it.My Proactive package itself cost me around &20 but the d*mn free stuffs that I didnt order keep coming with it and charge me!!

This is my last to use thier product sine it's not that good and I hate the way they do their business.TRICKY AND FRUAD.

ps. Proactive's toner burned my face, (I have combination skin) cleanser and lotion is so so .It didnt help me out.

I hope that my comment will be useful for anyone.

This is a common "health product" cramming scam.

File a fraud dispute with your bank for any unauthorized charges, and block the card number or close the account to prevent additional fraud.  They can reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.  Do not wait on this, as these schemes are trying to run out the 60 day dispute period, after which your bank can no longer reverse disputed charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
In addition, file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.

If the product is a health hazard, file a complaint with FDA, and your state Health Department.
