I bought a tablet from this company at the beginning of May 2012 it has since gone wrong, I have emailed ebelking several times but can not get any response other then a standard reply saying that they will deal with my email within 24 hours! I've tried to find a telephone number for them but can't
can anyone help me? can anyone advise me on what to do next?

    Hi Sue.. I have had bad dealings with these people. Faulty unit on arrival. All e-mails deliberatly  ignored by them until after the 7 day return policy expired. Then they sent another faulty unit in replacement of my 1st faulty unit. Then they promised my money back if I dropped the dispute via paypay. I dropped it and they then refused to give my money back.. The product doesnt work and they are total rogue traders. I am presently looking at legal action but cant see me getting anywhere. Can only hope people read this forum and don't waste their money. PS. Contact address for them :

      I bought tablet from them. Rubbish. Charger did not fit and to charge via PC was useless 4% after 6 hours. I have 9 email communications without resolve. I wrote to the Surrey address and believe it to be bogus. I have returned to China costing extra £16., because I can only be considered for a refund if I return to supplier. Paypal must be aware of this company as I have read similar reviews to mine. Beware of this company.

    Recently I ordered one tablet from Ebelkin. It was on 10 June but till today doesn't arrive.
    After reading these comments I start to be worried!
    How do I know that the tablet is faulty when it arrives?

    Purchesed zethink tablet from ebelkin25 2 12 tablet arrived from hong kong later that week.on arrival packing note said demonstration of £22.oo big mark up ?  tried to connect to wi fi would not connect even in same room as modem tablet crashed phoned up peter at ebelkin and sent tablet back .recieved e mail saying refund would be sent waited 30 days for this to apear on paypal statement  pay pal said i should of contacted them not ebelkin and they could not help .contacted credit card company  and they said they would sort it i recieved credit for the full amount from them and have waited 60 days for it to clear  i am glad that i used my credit card .but would like to add this tablet was total GARBAGE

    I have been looking online for details about this company since purchasing a Tablet that stopped working after 2 weeks and all I can say is that I have had the same problems as others who have recorded their issues.

    What ever you do, DON'T buy from this company there Tablets are crap and their service even worse.

    I am going to make Watchdog aware of them.

      My tablet arrived and had a faulty screen its now one week later 17 emails no existing UK office ,no UK support pay pal dispute and a big headache.wop ding bang.

      This below is the UK office address . I have been told by Cathy who seems to be the only on at ebelking that this is just a PO box and no one is there to receive anything.Who then handles the tablets some sort of ghost! This was after i said i would deliver faulty product by hand . You will now see that there web site which used to state that they had UK customer support has been withdrawn . strange that ?

    Have received my tablet from ebelkin and the screen was useless i have been playing ping pong with emails with them  but with no results other than did you open the tablet ! No i dident why should i .im no electronics expert, thats what the 12 month warinties for.!

    I purchased a Zenithink C91 tablet from this company.

    There was a fault on the screen and the camera button stopped working, sent many many emails to which I got one response telling me that it was my fault and they would not do anything about the screen. I tried a dispute with Paypal but it was outside of the 40days so they were not interested at all.

    I had used my Barclaycard to pay for this through Paypal so they assisted me and after several months I got my money back.

    So anyone that has an issue with Ebelking and used your credit card to pay for your purchase then go through them.

    Ebelking as a company are crooks, avoid at all costs!

    bought an android from these con merchants for my daughter for christmas 2013 started playing up in january emailed them advised me what to do got worse in febuary sent it back in march after god knows how meny emails they now tell me i have to pay return shipping costs at the moment this is going through my credit card company so hopefully i should get my money back paypal should  know about this company i think they probably do but they are making money off everybody that buys from this well dodgy company it will be the last time i buy from outside the uk

    i bought a tablet in march 2013 and it was broken so they said i could have a refund. I sent it back and a few weeks later they said they woukd give me my refund on the sixth of may. Its now june and ive recieved no refund and sent endless emails to which they have stopped replying!

    Brought a tablet from this company because I thought they had a UK premises. Got it in August 2013 and it broke down in Sept 2013. After numerous e-mails they want me to pay to return it to China!. After reading these post it looks like there is no way I am going to get the tablet back/repaired. Will spend tomorrow contacting my credit card company and paypal instead. Will also contact WatchDog like someone else suggest suggested. Buyers Beware.
