Thus far, I've spent (wasted) 31/2 hours attempting to contact ProActiv in order to place an order for two (2) ProActive 3 piece sets with Free Facial Cleansing Brushes. Christmas gifts for my daughter and niece. Simple, right ? ? ?
I have called 5 different phone numbers . . . jumped around on their website for what seems like forever, and finally located the offer (but the price was listed at $29.95 - not the $19.95 televised).
Ahhh ! ! ! Bingo ! Their 'Chat' box popped up . . . 'Karen' said 'Hi, How can I help you today?' I typed in my dialog (which was promptly interrupted by another pop up box for a special offer of their vitamins), and then it wouldn't allow me to send my 'Chat' to Karen.
Messed around some more on the website, and miraculously located the 3 Piece Set w/Free Brush for $19.95 + $5.98 shipping and handling. It's about time ! ! ! So . . . I filled in all the blanks and proceeded to CheckOut. The subtotal of my order was $51.86. I'm going to play it safe and trust my transaction to the option offered "Paypal" . . . Poof ! ! ! It would not allow me to complete my order ! I'm done ! ! !
