NONSTOP calls...do not speak english and won't stop calling

Calls 10 times a day...foreign language..will not leave message or when they do, there is only background noise. Calls all hours of the night. I answered twice and told them to STOP CALLING! they called right back. This has been going on for about a week. Called at&T and they can't do a thing about it as it's international. Their suggestion was to change my number. not an option as it's a business phone.
also...calls do not show up on at&t website as incoming???!!!!

    This is happening to me as well, except it is 100x in an hour. Sometimes 24 hrs a day. I have to keep my phone on silent and plugged in all the time or it will drain my battery and I have to clear my voicemail every 2 hours. I cannot change my phone number it is a business phone and I am a freelancer with far too many people to contact, some people call me years between jobs.
