MY SAMSUNG AC 1.5 SPLIT UNIT'S CENSOR DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND IT DOES NOT INDICATE PROPER TEMPERATURE AND DOES NOT FOLLOW BY REMOTE.

Sir, I had purchased a new split A/C from Samsung City Navyug Market at Ghaziabad on 30thMarch2010,It was not installed in time at my address I had made a complaint BP No.-8414303757 regarding installation but it was not properly taken upsurprisingly my address was also mentioned wrongly by your customer care executive had noted wrong address of mine.It is A E-137,Avantika Colony,Hapur Road ,Ghaziabad Contact No 9212252790.My A/c is still not working and not cooling due to some installation problem.As on today a new A/C is hanging on the wall as show from Samsung you can imagine your efficiency.
