How to stop these calls?

I have received 8 calls in the last 24 hours on my cell phone. They do not identify themselves, they say to hold because the lines are busy and the call will be answered in the order received by the next available operator. I want this stopped. It is harassment. When I Googled the number it says the number is associated with SCAMS all over the place.

    They are reported to be an internal collections department for Macy's or related companies such as Bloomingdale's.

    If you have such a credit card account, call via the number on your card and check on your account.  If not, call Macy's executive offices and request that they cease calling your number.

    We receive about a dozen calls each day, the caller does not leave a message and we don't answer the phone when the number comes up on the caller ID.  Can these calls be stopped?
