    It's an order cramming scam..
    If you are receiving bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
    If you are getting unauthorized charges to your bank account or credit card, file a fraud dispute with your bank, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
