Firstly I booked and paid for a golf to be ready at 11am.  I waited in the shop for 25 minutes before being dealt with, when there was staff sat in the office, they said the staff were not trained and only drivers, I heard one of the staff doing a booking over the phone, so a lie.

The golf was not the car they had ready for me, it was an Astra. By this time now it was 1140am.  Then they proceeded to go through unnecessary information.  I had to be in Sunderland for a wedding so told them I will wait until Monday because I needed to be in Sunderland.

Monday is here and they have cancelled the booking.  So I have now got the car I wanted from enterprise with no hassle and within 5 minutes.
