Bad product and worse custom service

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and noticed there was ice built up in the freezer and it was making super loud noise. I tried to contact Whirlpool to get it fixed. Every time I called them, I have to wait at lease 40mins and then they pushed me to different departments. Finally they send me a technician to fix it, but nothing changed after the repair. I tried to get a replacement, Whirlpool said it has passed 48hr return period and refuse to replace the product.
