Craigslist is being spammed constantly by the sketchy web site postaljobplacementservices.com (and affiliated sites such as startpostal.com and postaljobsauthority.com), which claim to offer postal jobs, listings of postal jobs, or preparation for the examinations required to acquire such jobs.  Of course, they ask for money upfront, usually $95-100, demanding a credit card number.
The pederast who owns the website, Troy McCawley, also has a "free college" scam going with the sites freecollege1.com and 6college.com.
The phone numbers 800-841-1129 and 800-341-1152 are used by McCawley's fake postal-job sites.
No one needs to pay a third party to apply for a USPS job or to take the exam.  The only legitimate place to apply is at usps.com/employment.
