A law suit is being fied 4 allegations 1. violation of Federal banking regulations 2. check fraud 3. theft by deception  4. defamation of character.  Can nothing be done about these people?  OI block them then they use a little different name.

    You know it is a SCAM so give your state attorney general a call since they have made the threat of a suit.  Block the number if you can.

    O have received an email from the same "attorney's", demanding me to repay a loan taken out supposedly by me, and deposited in my bank account. I have now requested twice for a copy of the original loan agreement, and bank info that it was deposited in. They have threatened to pursue legal action against me and put me behind bars if I do not pay. They said they tracked my computer IP address, traced back to my email that the loan was signed with. Also they never used my name or SSN until second email, they then addressed the email to my first name that is a nickname and they did not use my entire legal last name. A scary part is that they did have the last 4 of my SSN, amd I am wondering, after I sent the 1st email back, were they able to some how get into my stuff to find part of my name amd SSN. Please let me know thoughts and what to do. Thanks

    I have also received  an email stating a law suit on how so i requested proof twice  copies or, bank info that it was deposited in. They Email Me once a year.

    I got the dam letter in an email and it’s bull crap I told them I would love to settle with you to get it over with so send me the copy of the original loan documents so I can have my state attorney look them over and I have gotten no reply from them

    I received this email too!  I have never heard of ace speedy cash!  I will contact my Atty general!  The stuff people try these days is just pathetic!
