Loan settlement

We all need to pull together and figure out how to start a lawsuit against this company for harrassment. For two years I've been reading their emails, sometimes when I'm in the mood I'll write back with stupid remarks but this is really becoming annoying. I've sent them a webpage stating that they are scammers and to no avail,still received threatening matters. I'm tired of it! It needs to be stopped!
