The worst customer service ever experienced

Do not rent a car from this company. We had a stone chip in our windshield, our credit card was billed immediately (a large amount) on return for the damage, in order receive compensation from the credit card company I require the repair bills etc. I have been trying for weeks and weeks to get this from their customer service department with absolutely no help. They do not respond to emails. There is not a toll free number to call and I am placed for long amounts of time on hold to the number in the UK I have to repeatedly call. Today after multiple calls I asked to speak to the supervisor, she was of no help whatsoever. It is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with and I urge you to use another rental agency in Europe.They also gave me the direct line to Portugal where the rental occurred, they do not speak English and hung up on me twice. The email I was given for Portugal bounced back to me.
