Inaccurate information to our situation

My husband travels and lives in our RV for a living and we were in Freeport Texas and the RV park did not have tv services so I went around and checked out my options and the local cable did not service the area where we were at so I went into a direct tv business and explained our situation and also that we moved from state to state frequently so they hooked us up and everything was great. The guy that hooked it up was great he really knew his business and was very helpful to us ..... Then we moved to Oklahoma .... That's when the trouble started .. We called to hv it set back up and was told our equipment would not work in Oklahoma and it was going to be 300 dollars to reconnect service ... I had told the original direct tv representative that we moved frequently and asked her if this was a good option for us and she assured me it would not be a problem ... Well we hv had direct tv for 8 months got to watch it for 1 month and since then I hv made numerous phone calls and always get transferred repeatedly and hv finally just given up and can't decide to cancel or just keep paying for another year til contract is up. Very bad experience n would not recommend to anyone
